2. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMED INFRINGEMENT

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the FapFlip websites by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to FapFlip's Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of Notice as described below, FapFlip will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the FapFlip websites.

3. DMCA NOTICE OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT ("NOTICE")

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. To expedite our ability to process your request, please use the following format:

Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit FapFlip to contact you (email address is preferred).
Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Sign the document, physically or electronically.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you elect to send us a counter notice, to be effective it must be a written communication that includes the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which FapFlip may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

5. REPEAT INFRINGERS

It is FapFlip's policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. DISCLAIMER

FapFlip is a video sharing site in which allows for the uploading, sharing and general viewing of various types of adult content and while FapFlip does its best to prohibit illegal content from appearing on the site, FapFlip does not host any of the content that appears on this website. All content is embedded from third-party video hosting websites. FapFlip is not responsible for the content hosted on such third party websites.
